I made this card for Throwback Thursday over at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/ Emma has us using the Celebration cartridge this week and doing a 'Birthday ' theme.

I do not have the Celebration cartridge, but I do have Sweet Treats cartridge. I cut the cupcake at 3 inches and the party at 3 1/2 inches.
